All members of the service team hold several certifications for external assignments, such as SSG Entry, hot work, mobile work platforms, safe lifting and forklift licences.

Emergency interventions and repairs
Sometimes unexpected breakdowns occur that require quick action — and when they do, we’re ready to help.
The service team has service vehicles equipped with extensive workshop tools, and our mechanical workshop can quickly manufacture spare parts.
Our mechanical workshop includes machining, sheet metal processing with laser cutting and bending, as well as a dedicated welding department. We keep the most common materials in stock, and we do everything we can to help you minimise downtime in your operation.

Spare parts
If you need spare parts, we manufacture them according to your requirements and specifications.
We can also measure components on-site using our mobile measuring arm, or at our facility with our coordinate measuring machine, to manufacture new spare parts in our mechanical workshop.
If you need support, we can also assist with material selection and tolerances, which may extend the lifetime of machines or equipment.

Improvements, special solutions, lifetime extension
We’re happy to assist with upgrades, relocations and modifications of machinery. Verkstadsbolaget performs new installations and commissioning on various types of customer equipment.
