Pellet mills – refurbishment of wear components
Do you need help refurbishing wear components for pellet mills?
We can assist with refurbishment and replacement of wear components manufactured in our mechanical workshop. Your parts are inspected before refurbishment, as there are cases where refurbishment is not possible or economically viable. In our workshop, we have a dedicated refurbishment area separated from dirty environments, equipped specifically for refurbishing pellet equipment.
If needed, we can also help refurbish gearboxes and similar equipment for the wood industry, as well as conveyors and other manufacturing equipment.

Refurbishment of press rollers (coller rollers) and dies
If you need help refurbishing press rollers and dies, we are happy to assist. Send the components to us and we will inspect them before starting the refurbishment, as there are cases where refurbishment is not profitable or even possible.
Refurbishment is carried out according to the agreement with you as the customer. We use bearings from the German manufacturer FAG for our refurbishments, unless you have other preferences.
We refurbish your dies in our mechanical workshop by milling the roller track surface and then chamfering the holes. We can remove damage up to 2 mm as well as normal wear. Complete price lists are available for the most common brands such as CPM, Andritz and Bühler.
ON-SITE SERVICE & REPAIRS
If you need on-site service and repairs, we’re happy to help.
Verkstadsbolaget performs installation, service and maintenance on machinery and equipment used in pellet production. If needed, we can also manufacture or repair gearboxes, shafts, couplings and more. Should new CE certificates or documentation updates be required, we can assist with that as well.
